FSA & ASA Exam Process

The CERA Credential for FSAs and ASAs

FSAs and ASAs not qualifying for the Experienced Practitioner’s Pathway may earn the CERA credential by following the standard examination process.

FSAs would need to successfully complete the Advanced Finance/Enterprise Risk Management examination. ASAs should contact the Registrar at the SOA office to find out their current credit status and remaining credits needed for the CERA credential.

After December 31, 2008, all current SOA members seeking to earn the CERA credential will need to follow the required examination process.
